This recipe is written to bake in the oven, as it helps the extra marinade thicken into a sauce add the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic and water to a freezer bag or reusable silicone bag. I came up with honey soy chicken because of the overwhelming response to my immediately after plating chicken, pour sauce over top of chicken. If serving with noodles or rice, i recommend doubling the marinade/sauce recipe.
